Richard Leslie is the firm’s founder, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1977 and starting the firm in 1979.

Since then the business has gone from strength to strength, growing organically through referrals from existing clients and, as a result, new business premises were acquired, which opened in December 2008, shortly after Hannah Rogers joined the practice.

Since this time, Jo Hardiman joined the firm and became Practice Manager in July 2018, assisted by Gemma Wilburn, Assistant Practice Manager since April 2024 and, subsequent to Hannah’s retirement, Ben Leslie, also a Chartered Accountant, joined Richard as a partner in the practice in July 2022. More recently, Edward Butler was appointed as a partner during April 2025.
